The Sydney Morning Herald reports that a Sydney based website designer has lost a case put against her because of her "taste, grammatical and spelling errors" in producing a clients website. The original article is here.
I can only presume that the site designer didn't get final approval before publishing the site. Typically, the designer would work with the client on correcting/improving the copy that the client has provided. Failure to do this, and the result is obvious. At the end, it really is upto the site designer/developer to get the proper signoff before going live. Live and learn.
